Terms of service
A list of guidelines and rules regarding my artwork and designs. By buying adoptables, gaining designs by me, and commissioning artwork from me, you are hereby agreeing to these rules. Failure to comply will receive one total warning before blacklisting. "I didn't know!" will not be an acceptable excuse.
THESE MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT. NO MATTER WHEN THEY CHANGE OR WHAT CHANGE HAPPENS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS LISTED OUT.
Artwork terms
1. You may not use artwork of my personal characters or others' personal characters for any reason.
2. If you are the owner of the character in the artwork, you may use it personally however you like, as long as credit is given if able (an example of when it isn't feasible is if it's being used as, say, a Toyhouse icon)
3. No matter who the owner is of the artwork, you may never edit it! This entails drawing on top of it, erasing things, etc. Please ask my permission first!
4. I can reject a commission for any given reason! I'll usually always tell you why, though.
5. Payment is acceptable in the form of PayPal (USD $) only unless specificed otherwise.
6. My turnaround time is around 2 months, depending on how large my queue is. Please do not message me in regards to it unless 3 weeks minimum have passed!
7. You may ask ahead of time to be shown WIPs, but do not continuously ask for them afterwards. They'll be given once they're available. I will do small changes until it is finished. After this, no more changes will be issued unless they're very miniscule. You will be show the final piece before it is merged.
9. I have full rights to the artwork. I would never use it for malicious purposes, only for advertising; but if I see you have edited it or broken any of the above rules, I can request it be taken town from websites, including Toyhouse, and you may only keep it in your computer.
10. I will not haggle with commission prices or currencies.
11. REFUNDS - I will not issue refunds unless need be. Come on, you all know better and why this is a rule. If you don't like it, don't commission me; it's that simple. If you for any reason charge me back, your rights to everything will be revoked, and you will be blacklisted with 0 chance of getting off of the list. I WILL warn others as well if you block me afterwards or refuse to discuss it with me.
12. I will never redo customs and commissions for free after they're completed. That'd be a waste of my time, or of anyone's time; after I show you the final unmerged version and you accept it, that's it.
design terms
1. All of the 'artwork' terms apply down here, as well!
2. If you receive a custom from me for any reason, there is a 1.5 (about 10 days) week cool-down period to prevent my designs being tossed around. I WILL keep an eye of it.
3. Please do not order a custom from me if you do not have a Toyhouse! I need to be able to keep track of my designs at all times. I'll preupload your custom upon completion.
4. Until July 2 2020, you may not upload sexual artwork of any kind to your Toyhouse of the custom. If you don't like this, don't order from me. The date is when I turn 18; I'm currently a minor, and cannot be in possession of a character with NSFW artwork. If a character has nsfw artwork, I won't be able to regain ownership of it; I don't care if you plan to forever home your custom, do not break this rule.
5. I'm sorry if you don't like the end result, but I will not redo it for free.
6. Please, do NOT make extensive edits to your design! Little add-on's or takeaways, or slight color changes even, are allowed; anything more than that is not.
7. I will NEVER revoke a design unless you charge me back. Once you do, I will contact Toyhouse and see if they can take it down fully or hand ownership over to me.
8. You can ask for WIPs, but be reasonable with changes!
9. I can provide blank reference sheets so you can add your own info, just ask!
10. Unless you have PAID for artwork for your character, you may not sell it, ever! And even then, you may not sell for more than bought.
Things that do NOT count towards the worth: gifts, your own art, trades, requests
11. Any rejected previous versions that I show you belong to me, and I retain the right to retrade, keep, or sell these scrapped concepts.
